If you choose to join the IMEX America trade show as an attendee, entrance to the trade show is free, with no penalties or fines for cancellations.
How do I apply for IMEX?
Exhibitors usually invite their clients as hosted buyers. If you have received an invitation from an exhibitor, complete the application form online. Send it to them to double-check their information. They will forward the application to IMEX America, who will then verify and approve your application.
This process can take up to 10 days to process.
If your application is not approved, you might be requested to register as a buyer attendee.
