With 10+ year experience within the events industry in sales and business development including detailed experience in events management, catering, venues, and her own events consultancy company. Cecilia currently heads up the EMEA sales team for One World Rental, a global event technology, services and IT company. She is also a dedicated, active member of ILEA internationally and locally, who currents presides as UK Chapter President.

Having first-hand knowledge of event production and management from initial idea to post-event feedback as well as a macro role in understanding and communicating the ongoing event journey gives her a unique insight into understanding both consumers and providers within the events industry. She also has a passion for supporting event peers and a genuine devotion to growth and education within the industry.
