  • 9:30–9:40 AM: State Pitch Session (5 EDOs).
  • 9:45 AM: Networking & individual meetings between EDOs and French Firms.
  • 11:00 AM: End of first event (large corporations).

• Midday (Event 2 with Mid-Cap Companies & Startups):

  • 12:00 PM: Registration starts.
  • 12:15 PM: Welcome remarks (Ambassador/Chief of Mission/Commercial Counselor), Partners, Sponsors, State Pitch (5 States).
  • 12:40–1:40 PM: Networking Lunch.
  • 1:45–4:00 PM: Networking & individual meetings between EDOs and French Firms.
  • 4:00 PM: Event ends.

• Afternoon/Evening:

  • All EDO Participants head to Paris – Gare Montparnasse (30 min transit).
    • Recommended Metro Route: Walk to Concorde station → Metro line 8 to Invalides → Switch to Metro 13 to Montparnasse-Bienvenue.
    • Taxi option: Allow extra time for traffic.
  • 5:15 PM: Departure by INOUI train to Rennes.
