InEvent to Sponsor Tech Stage Session and Tech Kiosk at PCMA Convening Leaders 2026

Philadelphia, PA — January 2026

InEvent will attend PCMA Convening Leaders 2026 as an official sponsor, supporting the event community through a dedicated tech stage session and an on-site presence in the Tech Kiosk area at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

As part of its sponsorship, InEvent will host a featured tech stage session titled “How to Migrate Your Event Tech Ecosystem Without Losing Your Mind (or Your Data)”, taking place on Monday, January 12. The session will bring together industry leaders Vinnu Deshetty and Vinni Neris from InEvent, alongside special guest Karim Guirguis of Vision Digital, to explore the realities of event technology migration through real-world examples, lessons learned, and practical guidance.

The conversation will focus on helping event professionals better understand the challenges of changing technology providers, protecting historical data, and managing internal stakeholder expectations without unnecessary stress or disruption.
