Cleverson Aroeira da Silva is the deputy managing-director in charge of the Investments Partnerships Structuring Division, the service provision unity of BNDES for structuring concession projects and public-private partnerships in infrastructure. Formerly in BNDES, he worked as the Head of the Department of Transportation and Logistics, responsible for assessing and structuring project finance and long term loans operations for toll roads, railways and airports concessions. Also worked as the Deputy Minister of the Federal Secretariat of Civil Aviation, where he attended the coordination of granting federal airports to the private sector. He obtained law degree from the Federal University of Espírito Santo and postgraduation in management from institute COPPEAD / UFRJ (Executive MBA)
Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Fernando Biral specialized in Finance, being certified as CFA®️ Charterholder. He started his career in 1994, having served as a director and financial advisor in several companies. He was responsible for more than 20 restructuring and financial planning projects in organizations such as Embratel, Petrobras, Banco do Brasil, Vale, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Minerva Foods, Vigor, Constellation Oil Services, among others. The executive is a professor at FIA-USP, in the Latu Sensu postgraduate course, in the area of Judicial Recovery and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Biral joined SPA in April 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Its mission was to restructure the company's balance sheet, improve cash generation, implement the Voluntary Dismissal Incentive Plan (PIDV) and work on resolving the Pension Plan. Since April 2020, he has been the CEO of SPA.

He also holds a post graduation degree from ISEG in Portugal in Real Estate Management and Valuation, and participated in the CSS Business and Management Program at Harvard University.Prior to joining Alemoa Group, Mexia worked for Torre Brasil in Portugal, focusing in the development of real estate projects that ranged from residential and commercial to hotel properties. Mexia also worked in the investment banking industry, at Chase Manhattan, Banco Boavista and Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup), where he was involved in the origination and valuation of M&A deals in different segments such as iron ore mining, telecom, consumer goods, infrastructure, and real estate.Lourenço Mexia joined the project as co-Leader of Alemoa Port Terminal, to structure the development of the port terminal project, coordinating feasibility studies, and being responsible for relationship with strategic and financial investors and group’s advisors.
Leading the ATP - Association of Private Port Terminals, Murillo Barbosa has held the position of Chief Executive Officer since the creation of the entity in 2013. For 42 years, he served the Brazilian Navy, having exercised, among other positions, the role of Naval Commander of the Western Amazon and Deputy Chief of the Navy at the Military Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic.
Upon being transferred to the Navy Reserve as Vice-Admiral, he was invited to be the Director of the National Waterway Transport Agency (Antaq), from 2006 to 2010. Four years in office, he started to act as a Port consultant. During this period, he was invited to be the Chief Executive Officer of ATP.

Ricardo de Luca is the director of Oil & Gas at Port of Açu since the beginning of 2019, it is one of the port´s most important business segments. He has an educational background as civil engineer and has build up an outstanding expertise in the O&G segment working for companies such as Ocean Rig and Lupatech. Throughout his career he has gained a wide experience in areas such as M&A, Strategy Development & Implementation and Long term contract negotiations. Since 2020 De Luca has also been elected director of ABESPETRO ( Brazilian Association of O&G service companies) which represents the 50 largest companies from Subsea, Well Construction, Drilling Rigs, FPSO and PLSVs that support the Operators in the country today. Ricardo is 44 years old, married and father of 2 children.
Roberto Escoto, Head of the Investment Department of the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), is a Major General of the Brazilian Army (Retired). He graduated from the Brazil Military Academy (AMAN) and holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and a PhD in Military Sciences from the Army Command and General Staff College (ECEME).
Along 37 years in the military, he served in several advisory, leadership and command positions in Brazil and abroad. Between 2008 and 2010, he was the Army Attaché's Deputy at the Brazilian Embassy in the United States and Canada. During this period, he headed the Brazilian Army Commission in Washington (CEBW), a body responsible for international purchases of defense material. He also worked at the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) and at the United Nations Department of Peace Operations in New York.
Sergio Ricardo Segovia Barbosa, 55, is a Retired Rear Admiral in Brazilian Navy. With recognized professional experience in military, managerial and governmental areas, he has worked in Intelligence Analysis, Military Operations, and Logistics. He also worked in Emergency and Risk Management, Maritime Safety, Strategic Planning, Navigation and Maritime Operations. In addition, in the foreign trade area, he was responsible for logistics and international acquisition processes, when in charge of the acceptance team for the Brazilian Navy polar ship Almirante Maximiano. Segovia has a postgraduate degree in Politics and Strategy from the War College.
