Chera Gibb is senior vice president, marketing North America, Arrowhead Engineered Products. Gibb is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of product marketing and brand management for all of Arrowhead’s family of brands in North America. In addition, Gibb oversees PR, media relations and internal communications for Arrowhead globally. She was promoted to senior vice president in February 2022.
Before joining Arrowhead, Gibb was a leader in several industries, including powersports, outdoor power equipment, aerospace and hard goods such as electrical and power tools. Her business acumen, strong leadership skills, innovative thinking and deep strategic marketing knowledge, helped to solidify her as a Top 100 Women in Powersports by Dealernews in 2022. Gibb has an MBA in Global Management and a Bachelor of Science
Prior to starting Autmow in 2016, Jeff spent 15 years in marketing operations and business leadership. He interfaced with the executive teams of companies including Pepsi, Google, ADP and Abbott Nutrition. He has immersed himself in the development of outdoor robotics for the past six years, consulting on some of the world's largest and most diverse installations.
John Bauersfeld is senior vice president, sales, Arrowhead Engineered Products. He joined the company in January 2017 as general manager for the Stens brand. After being promoted to senior vice president of sales in January 2022, he took responsibility for field sales in the Outdoor Power Equipment, Agriculture, Rotating Electrical and Golf segments.
A veteran leader with more than 25 years of experience managing sales teams, Bauersfeld has worked for various organizations, including SPX Corporation, Roush Fenway Racing and The Ariens Company. His ability to adapt to changing environments, encourage innovation and collaboration from his teams and his relationship-building acumen have helped him to drive revenue year over year. Bauersfeld served the industry as Outdoor Power Parts & Accessories Association president in 2019 and maintains a seat on the board. He has a Bachelor of Science from Siena College.
Rod Dayrit is the director of business development for North America at Delta-Q Technologies, a ZAPI GROUP company. Rod joined Delta-Q in 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience with design and development in the electrical field. Throughout his time with Delta-Q, he has informed global growth strategies and spearheaded the creation of the company's compatibility program, "Charged by Delta-Q." Prior to joining Delta-Q, Rod held senior sales and business development roles at Samsung SDI, Foxlink and Motorola.
