Huw Tuckett is the Executive Director of euromic, an association of DMC’s with members in 49 countries across Europe, Africa, and Asia who specialize in the MICE Industry. Huw has vast experience as a leadership skills development trainer and coach. He taught and facilitated institute of leadership and management accredited courses to business leaders across the UK prior to his appointment at euromic. He draws upon his experience of almost 30 years in a leadership role having led diverse multi-national teams across numerous continents for many years and enjoys sharing the good, the bad, and the downright ugly of his career experience. He is the recipient of a SITE crystal award for ‘Most sustainable event’ and drives his team mad with his catchphrase  “there’s always a better way“, these days when not on zoom calls he can be found walking his dog in the countryside of Warwickshire in the UK.

Jen Hope spent 20 years as a marketing leader for consumer companies before transitioning into the world of executive coaching. As Head of Marketing, she grew the Cheezburger humor network to 16 million monthly users, and then, as VP of Marketing at Trover, she built the marketing engine that drove the lifestyle travel app until it was acquired by Expedia in 2016.

I have spent the last 21 years helping women in business and leadership positions create more success, ease and freedom. I teach women to find their own unique style of leadership that is intrinsic to their natural strengths and rhythm. I have worked with thousands of women around the globe (and a few men too) to find their genius, gain more confidence and change the world. I have a long-time podcast called Women in the Business Arena and a 1-season podcast called The Feminine Lens. I also did a TEDx talk called "Moving Beyond #Empowerment". My mission is to change the business arena so that it supports more balance, ease, mental wellness and diversity. I also want to create more opportunities for women to lead!
