After living in different countries and having the opportunity to live among different cultures, such as France, USA and Brazil, he always felt that his place was in multicultural and international environments. After graduating in 2011 in France, his home country, he decided to return to the USA to take better advantage of his qualifications in a professional, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Previously Pedro started a company in college where he had more than 10,000 monthly active paying users. He is an Y Combinator Alumni, a 40 under 40 founder by Association Magazine, a UK Event Tech Award Winner and a Gold Crocodile Award Winner.
Specialized in helping companies to develop their middle management to become effective leaders and drive business growth, Ashanti Bentil-Dhuehas a vast event planning and management experience gained over the last 12 years.
Ashanti Bentil Dhue is the Co Founder of 100 White Allies, Diversity Ally and Black In Events, organisations which provide support to corporates who want to be proactively anti-racist and inclusive. Ashanti believes that systemic change comes from a taking a considered, blended approach which brings rigour to programme design, accountability to the change process, balanced lived experience, and dynamic and innovative approaches to learning.
Ashanti Bentil-Dhue co created the UK's first nationwide anti-racism and allyship project for women in HR ( which is 83% female and white) who want to become allies to minorities in the workplace. She also conducted the UK’s only piece of research advising organisations on how to retain and engage millennial and generation z black women in the workplace which culminated in a widely anticipated white paper. Ashanti is a judge on a number of awards and panels, including the Eventex Awards, Independent Publisher Awards and Virtual Event Institute Awards.
