Will there be a virtual ticket option?
Yes, this option will be available within the coming weeks. Tickets will be sold for $129.
Can I transfer my ticket to a different person after registering?

The venue hotel is sold out of rooms, is there anywhere else to book a room?
Yes, you can book a room at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Market Center which is walking distance from the Anatole.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Anyone attending conference will need a purchased ticket.
I can’t buy in-person tickets online for Conference anymore?
Unfortunately, In-person tickets for this year’s 2024 Be the Light Global Conference in Dallas Texas have officially sold out and in-person registration is closed and is only available for people that were added onto the waitlist.
What is the refund policy?
We do not allow refunds. However, you can transfer your tickets to another individual if you'd like. The amount charged and collection of payment is the sole responsibility of the person selling/transferring the ticket.
QR code isn't working?
The QR code is for on-site registration purposes.
Will parking be validated by the hotel?
No. It is anticipated that parking at the hotel will be $25 for self parking and $36 for valet parketing.
Will everyone on the waitlist get tickets?
You will not be guaranteed a ticket, but you will be provided with an opportunity to purchase a ticket until August 16, 2024.
If I purchased a lunch ticket, where do I go to pick it up?
You can pick up your boxed lunch in Peacock Terrace.
Important Update: While we do not have a formal dinner or Award Gala this year—we do have incredible parties planned for you that are going to give you something to talk about for years to come. On both Thursday and Saturday, dress for a concert and be sure to eat beforehand so you don’t miss the incredible entertainment we have in store for you!

For $60, you can pre-purchase boxed lunches for both Friday and Saturday. These fresh, grab-and-go meals will be prepared by the hotel each day, giving you a quick and convenient lunch option. Be sure to purchase in advance and select your meals by clicking the button below before October 4, 2024.

If you prefer to eat offsite, check out this map of nearby restaurants (all within a 15-minute walk or quick drive). You’ll want to plan ahead and consider making reservations in order to get back in time. You won’t want to miss the exciting afternoon sessions have planned!
David Schmidt
David Schmidt is the Founder & CEO of LifeWave. He founded the company in 2004 to help people tap into their body’s natural potential for greater overall health. He received his formal education in management information systems and biology at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY, before moving on to a career in anti-aging and regenerative science.
