What time does Vision start?
Vision will be streamed January 25, 2025. However, the start time is TBD.

How long will I have access to watch Vision?
All ticket holders will have access for 30 days.

What is the refund policy?
We do not allow refunds. However, you can transfer your tickets to another individual if you'd like. The amount charged and collection of payment is the sole responsibility of the person selling/transferring the ticket.

I bought extra tickets, how do I distribute them?
To transfer a ticket, follow these step by step instructions.

**IMPORTANT: For the transfer to be complete, the recipient of the ticket must click on the Accept Invite button in their invitation email. Otherwise, the transfer will not be complete.
