Jesse Scott is the Manager of Key Accounts at the New York Power Authority (NYPA). In these roles, Jesse oversees account management for both power supply and energy services customers. He is also responsible for the Smart Street Lighting NY, the Street Lighting Maintenance Service and Smart Cities Grant programs and supports business development for NYPA’s Customer Energy Solutions division in the Hudson Valley Region.  He has several years of commercial, industrial, and residential energy efficiency program management experience, is a Certified Energy Manager, and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Connecticut.

Kevin Luteran is the Program Manager for Smart Street Lighting NY at the New York Power Authority. He is responsible for overseeing the program and achieving the goal of converting 500,000 street lights to LED technology by 2025. To enhance the street light program Kevin has developed a new service to leverage the existing street light infrastructure to incorporate Smart City technology. He is also created a street light maintenance service to ensure street lights remain operational long after the conversion for municipalities that convert their street lights through the NYPA.

As Senior Director, Origination & Structuring, Brian Stanton leads NYPA’s Retail Power Supply program under its Expanded Authority legislative mandate. Created in 2019, Expanded Authority is an ambitious addition to NYPA’s traditional economic development supply programs. It provides new and existing customers with a competitively priced blended power product that combines market-based energy and capacity with NYPA renewable attributes to help them achieve their sustainable energy goals.

Mr. Crimi is the Senior Program Manager for NYPA’s Key Accounts Management group, working out of our Buffalo office.

Joe has over 10 years’ experience with the Power Authority and nearly 25 in the energy field.

John is the Director of e-Mobility Technology and Engineering at the New York Power Authority (NYPA) where he is developing the EVolve NY Program that will greatly expand the state’s DC fast charging network and the electrification of public sector fleets.  In the past fifteen years John has managed advanced technology programs in electric transportation, energy storage, load control, solar, and wind power.
