Erik Koto joined QuestionPro in 2010 to lead the operations and strategic vision of the company.
Erik brings over 15 years of digital and analytical leadership to QuestionPro and has worked with companies such as Chase, Nokia, Ford, Microsoft, and Dell to create award-winning customer-centric online experiences and products that support it.
A self-described 'data junkie', Erik brings a deep background in predictive analytics and a passion for quantitative, research-based decisions making.
Erik completed a Bachelor's degree in Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Washington.
Sanja believes that there is a tremendous opportunity to help people feel happier at work by making them better connected to their companies, to their colleagues, and to feel the passion to make a difference.
With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and an executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Sanja has spoken at numerous conferences and some of her research has been featured in publications such as TIME, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company and Forbes.
