Juan F. Lalinde holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University in Bogotá, Colombia.

After twelve years working in supply chain and demand management in the defense industry, in 2018 Juan made the change to the sports technology world by joining Full Swing Golf as their Director of Supply Planning. Besides the improvement of internal processes, talent development and cost savings, it was imperative to develop partnerships with other technology companies that could help improve the End-User experience and bring stability to the life cycle of the product line.

Juan practices the delicate task of striving for balance in his life. As a young executive he has learned that failing to achieve a work/life balance generates stress and a myopic focus. With this in mind he is disciplined about maintaining an exercise routine and spending time with family and friends, as well as fulfilling his professional goals. He also enjoys some of the job perks and goes golfing every once in a while.
