Douglas oversees IT projects at Charles River Laboratories.  Prior to his current role he was head of IT PMO Operations.

Charles River is a $2.6B company that supports the life science sector, helping with the discovery, development and safe manufacture of new drug therapies

Guillaume spent the early pasrt of his career as an engineer workign in the automotive industry for PSA Peugeot Citroen and Renault. 

He joined Safran Group in 2014, and has held a range of maintenance and support roles.  Today he is Head of Infrastructure and Operational Maintenance at Safran Aerosystems.

Today Shaun is Project Director at Highways England, currently working on the Lower Thames Crossing project.

The case study presented at this conference was from when he worked at Transport for London.

At the time of the caase study presented, Jay was Project Manager for the construction contractor BAM Nuttall.

Today he is COO at technology company Onwave.

Neil was involved in one of the first evern critical chain pilot projects in the 1990's, at the UK construction company Balfour Beatty.

Since 2000 he has worked independently helping project leaders to improve project performance.  Critical chain has been a core pillare of his practice aimed at "Turning Common Sense into Common Practice".

Dan is CIO at Megara Australia, a manufacturer of polypropylene.

Dietmar is head of the R&D group at E+H's Maulburg facility in Germany.  He leads a 150-person R&D team that develops measurement technology primarily used in the process industries.  Their typical projects last 2-years and they have soem 30-40 projects underway at any one time.

They have been using multi-project CCPM since 2015.

Vice president of Engineering for Commercial Aviation, responsible for the development of the E-Jets second-generation aircraft family and the product modification and engineering support to all EMBRAER commercial airplanes.  

Joined Embraer in 1985 as an engineer and has occupied different leadership positions in engineering, product development and Programs.

Involvement with CCPM dates to 1998, when Embraer started applying its concepts in engineering projects. Since 2012 has been working to improve the implementation of Critical Chain Project Management for the multi-project product modification environment and to new aircraft developments. In this period also led the lean engineering workstream of EMBRAER excellence program

André Kriger leads the IT organization from Telefonica Vivo, responsible for formulating their vision and execution of their respective strategies. Under his purview, IT is responsible for serving almost 100 million customers in Brazil. Within Vivo there are over 6500 personnel working at IT, both insourced and outsourced. 

As the Chief Information Officer, André concentrates on enabling key business transformations projects in B2C and B2B markets, focusing to improve the Customer Experience through adopting the newest technologies and creating platforms that meet rapidly the scale efficiency and provide agile service delivery, leveraging the company leadership for their innovative achievements spanning digital transformation. 

André also leads the IT2X Program which goal is to multiply the throughput to the business and better delivery time for the projects executed in IT. 

André has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FAE, Curitiba Brazil and MBA from the FW Ollin Business School at Babson College in Massachusetts. 

André has been appointed as finalist for the TM Forum Excellence Awards 2019. 

Christo Wentzel is Project Manager at Centurion Systems in South Africa.

He has worked for Centurion since 2013, when they bought the company Christo had founded.

He studied electrical engineering at Vaal University of technology, and after a few years working as an engineer, moved into project management.

Christo is an avid Mountain Bike rider and runner, and has taken part in most of the endurance events in South Africa

He describes himself as a family man, married for 21years, with two kids and living in lovely South Africa.

Originally a trained aircraft maintainer, Simon was one of the key team members on the LIF / BAE Systems CCPM implementation. He has gone on to manage a fleet of fighter jets, manage Project Control for the Aerospace Business Unit, and now manages Project Control for BAE Systems Australia.

He dislikes job titles, and prefers to describe people according to what they do, not what they’re called. 

He is more than happy to tell you about the problems (and successes) faced during the last 5 years, in the interests of expanding the global pool of knowledge and experience with CC.

Alex Klarman - is the CEO of the Goldratt Institute (Israel), and Question Mark Ltd. Alex is leading the effort to introduce TOC to, and establish it as the standard anagement approach in Israel, as well as worldwide. 

Since 1985 he has helped develop and implement TOC and CCPM with some of the world’s leading corporations, including the likes of Ford, Philips, Intel, Teva, Israeli Aircraft Industry and Microsoft. The projects’ areas ranged from IT to manufacturing, logistics, construction and infrastructure in the technology, bio-med and aerospace fields.

In the last decade Alex has led teams coordinating work on some of the greatest infrastructure projects, be it a city preparing for the UEFA EURO 2012 games, the construction of a top-notch science center, or building a museum based designed by one of world’s leading iconic architects. All these were characterized by tight schedules, faced myriad unexpected problems while under scrutiny by media and critical public opinion.

Asaf Morag is the author of "The Manager's Dilemma", in which he blended ideas from TOC and Game theory. He addresses the issues of multi-party projects where each party has interests and rewards that are not aligned with the project objectives. 

He adjusted CCPM to suit public infrastructures and construction projects and founded a startup providing a cloud ecosystem for the management of such projects.

Asaf's book and cloud ecosystem are based upon 30 years of working as a project manager, scheduler, contract manager and claims manager for most of Israel's big contractors, as well as for the Israeli roads and railroad authorities.

Philip Marris is the founder and CEO of Marris Consulting.  He has been successfully implementing the Theory Of Constraints combined with Lean for over 30 years in over 200 organisations worldwide. His principal skills are operational performance and project management. He is English, 58 years old and is based in Paris, France. He is bilingual English/French.

Starting in 1986 he worked with Eliyahu Goldratt the founder of the Theory Of Constraints (TOC) and the author of the international best-seller The Goal and many other books.

He is the author of a very successful book in French Le management par les Contraintes that describes how to implement TOC in factories; how to implement the ideas in the “business novel” The Goal.

He managed for many years the consulting business in the manufacturing and process industries of the largest French firms in this domain: Bossard Consultants and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Since 2012 Jan is an independent researcher with the goal to bring the best project management strategies within reach of ordinary project organizations to enable them to match the best project management success stories themselves.

Ian's early career was spend managing projects in the chemicals industry - building and upgrading manufacturing assets.  In 1998 he led one of the first multi-party project alliance projects in the UK.

Ian has held several procurement roles during his career, including procurement director at a major UK construction company.
