InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, announced its participation at IBTM World 2025 through a featured speaking session led by CEO Pedro Góes, taking place on the Future Stage in Barcelona.
Rather than exhibiting with a traditional booth presence, InEvent is focusing on direct industry engagement through thought leadership, conversations, and strategic one-on-one meetings with event professionals attending the show.
Pedro Góes will join Julius Solaris on stage for a 20-minute session titled “Event Tech + AI: How All-in-One Software Is Changing,” where the discussion will center on how event teams can move away from fragmented systems and toward more streamlined, intelligent event operations. The session is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18 at 10:30 AM on the Future Stage.
As event teams face increasing pressure to deliver more personalized experiences while proving return on investment, the conversation will focus on practical applications of AI across event workflows. Topics include simplifying registration and agenda building, improving attendee personalization without overcomplicating data collection, and using real-time analytics to make better decisions before, during, and after events.
The session reflects a growing shift in the industry away from disconnected tools and toward unified platforms that allow teams to operate with greater clarity and efficiency. Instead of managing multiple systems, event professionals are increasingly looking for ways to centralize operations while still maintaining flexibility and control.
“This is about cutting through the noise around AI in events,” said Pedro Góes, CEO of InEvent. “Event teams don’t need more complexity. They need systems that make planning easier, insights clearer, and execution more reliable. That’s the conversation we’re bringing to IBTM.”
In addition to the speaking session, InEvent is opening time for one-on-one meetings with event professionals throughout the week. These meetings are designed to provide a more personalized discussion around event strategy, technology challenges, and how teams are preparing for 2026 and beyond.
IBTM World is one of the leading global events for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions professionals. InEvent’s presence reflects its continued investment in engaging directly with the event community and contributing to conversations that shape how events are planned, delivered, and measured.
