InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences, participated in Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2024, connecting with enterprise technology leaders, IT decision-makers, and innovation teams at Booth #827 inside the Pacific Pavilion at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando.
Held from October 21–24, Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo is recognized as one of the leading gatherings for CIOs, enterprise technology executives, and digital transformation leaders worldwide. Throughout the event, InEvent engaged attendees in conversations around how organizations are modernizing event operations through AI integrations, smarter registration systems, attendee engagement technology, and more connected event experiences.
At Booth #827, attendees explored InEvent’s enterprise event platform and discussed how organizations are simplifying complex event workflows while improving visibility into attendee behavior, event performance, and operational efficiency. Key discussion areas included AI-powered event workflows, integrated registration systems, event ticketing, mobile event applications, onsite attendee management, and engagement analytics.
The event also created opportunities for discussions around the increasing role artificial intelligence is playing within enterprise events. Many attendees expressed growing interest in how AI can support attendee personalization, automate operational tasks, improve event data collection, and streamline communication across large-scale event programs.
“Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo brought together a very technology-forward audience that is actively thinking about the future of enterprise experiences,” said the InEvent team. “Many conversations focused on how organizations can reduce operational complexity while still creating engaging and measurable event experiences. AI and integration capabilities were consistently among the biggest areas of interest.”
In addition to live platform demonstrations, the InEvent team connected with attendees through networking conversations, meetings, and interactive booth experiences throughout the four-day conference. Branded giveaways, including custom backpacks, helped drive booth engagement while creating additional opportunities for one-on-one discussions with enterprise event and technology leaders.
The event also reinforced the growing overlap between enterprise IT strategy and event technology infrastructure, as organizations increasingly evaluate event platforms through the lens of scalability, integrations, security, automation, and data visibility.
