Atlanta, Georgia, May 2026. InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences, announced a new series of platform updates designed to help event professionals manage increasingly complex event operations more efficiently. The latest enhancements expand capabilities across registration management, conference content workflows, landing page customization, and live event production, reinforcing InEvent’s continued investment in building a more connected and scalable event management platform for modern event teams.
As organizations continue balancing growing attendee expectations with leaner teams and more demanding event programs, the updates focus heavily on simplifying operational workflows while improving flexibility across multiple stages of the event lifecycle.
One of the newly introduced features includes ticket-level waitlists, allowing organizers to manage waitlists individually by ticket type. The update helps event teams continue capturing attendee demand even after tickets sell out by enabling automated or manual waitlist management workflows. Organizers can now notify attendees automatically when additional capacity becomes available or when tickets reopen following payment failures or cancellations. The feature also supports custom waitlist forms, giving teams greater flexibility for approval-based or qualification-driven registration experiences.
InEvent also expanded its Abstract Management capabilities with new tools designed to support conferences, association events, scientific meetings, and call-for-papers workflows. Organizers can now add guest authors and co-authors to abstract submissions, improving collaboration and speaker attribution for multi-presenter sessions. In addition, the platform now supports topic and subtopic categorization for abstracts, helping organizers route submissions to the appropriate reviewers and deciders based on subject matter expertise.
The Abstract Management enhancements also strengthen conference review workflows by improving organization, reviewer assignment, and submission visibility across large event programs with high submission volume.
To support more dynamic attendee-facing experiences, InEvent introduced a new Carousel Widget for its Landing Page Builder. The feature allows organizers to create rotating visual sections directly within event websites, including sponsor showcases, featured speakers, announcements, promotional banners, and clickable content sliders. The update expands InEvent’s no-code website creation capabilities and gives event teams more flexibility to build visually engaging landing pages without relying on external development resources.
InEvent also introduced a new Co-Host capability for live sessions, helping virtual and hybrid event teams manage production workflows more collaboratively. The feature allows organizers to assign additional moderation and session management responsibilities during live activities, supporting smoother speaker coordination, attendee moderation, and operational continuity during virtual events and broadcasts.
“Event professionals are managing far more complexity today than they were just a few years ago,” said the InEvent team. “From registration management and conference submissions to attendee experiences and live production, teams need systems that are flexible, connected, and operationally reliable. These updates are focused on helping organizers simplify those workflows while creating better experiences for both teams and attendees.”
The latest platform enhancements reflect InEvent’s broader focus on continuously evolving its event management ecosystem to meet the operational realities of enterprise events, conferences, hybrid experiences, and global event programs.
