Titled “Lights Down, Plates Up – London Edition,” the experience brings together a select group of industry leaders for an evening centered on meaningful conversation, shared ideas, and genuine connection.
Taking place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the night before Event Tech Live begins, the dinner is intentionally limited to just 14 guests. Set at a waterfront location in London Docklands, the experience is designed to create a quieter, more intentional environment for professionals who want to connect beyond surface-level networking.

The London edition continues that approach, bringing together a curated mix of senior event professionals, marketers, and decision-makers.
In addition to the dinner, attendees will receive a complimentary professional headshot captured during the evening, offering practical value ahead of a high-visibility industry event like Event Tech Live.
