Atlanta, Georgia, June 2026. The BÉIS Weekender has become a popular choice among frequent travelers for its practical design features, including a dedicated shoe compartment, a structured, wide-opening frame, and an integrated trolley sleeve for hands-free airport navigation.

To qualify, participants must complete a brief introductory meeting with an InEvent representative during the campaign period. Eligible participants will automatically be entered into the drawing once the meeting is completed. No additional purchase or action is required.

The BÉIS Weekender Giveaway is open to qualifying event professionals located in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Entries close Friday at 9:00 AM EST, and selected recipients will be notified directly by email following the campaign period.
