What to Expect

The Nashville BootCamp is an immersive, business-building experience designed to help Brand Partners strengthen their skills, expand their confidence, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

At the heart of BootCamp is the opportunity to learn directly from successful LifeWave Brand Partner leaders. These experienced field leaders will share practical strategies, proven approaches, and real-world insights that have helped them build and grow their businesses. From developing consistent daily habits and effectively sharing LifeWave to building strong teams and developing leaders, the focus will be on principles that can be put into action right away.

The training will complement and reinforce existing team systems while providing additional tools and resources to support sustainable growth. Sessions will also include practical guidance on the LIGHT Success System, effectively onboarding new Brand Partners, and understanding and leveraging the compensation plan.

Gerrit Johnson, General Manager for the US and Canada, and the US Sales team Haroldo Darelli, Shirley Kimmes and Nick Killpack, will help facilitate the BootCamp and provide additional company perspective and support throughout the event.
