When will my payment be charged to my account, and when will the agency receive it?

  • Credit cards are the preferred method. If payment by credit card is not feasible, other acceptable payment methods for collections are PayPal, checks, cash, and wire transfer.
  • Credit and debit card payments are charged immediately and are visible within 24 hours.  
  • Payments made via PayPal are processed in accordance with each service's billing schedule, which may result in delays before the charges appear on your statement.
  • Please select the invoice option, if you’d like to make payment via check, cash, or wire payment.
  • ACH payments take up to five business days to settle. 
  • Payments from your bank account will be charged on the next business day.  Weekends and holidays are not business days.
