Eligibility and Pricing
Participation is open to export-ready U.S. companies offering goods or services of U.S. origin or with at least 51% U.S. content:

Small Businesses*: US$ 2,693.00
Medium Businesses*: US$ 3,283.00
Large Businesses*: US$ 3,578.00
*Company size as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

This fee covers all direct and indirect costs associated with organizing the event, including venue, catering, interpretation, materials, and staff support. Participating companies will have their logos featured on event materials, including banners and invitations.

Participation is limited to five U.S. companies and will be accepted after screening and evaluation is conducted by the U.S. Commercial Service.
