InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, participated in IAEE Expo! Expo! 2024 for the first time, joining event professionals, exhibitors, and industry leaders at the Los Angeles Convention Center from December 16–19, 2024. Throughout the event, the company welcomed attendees to Booth #2623 for conversations around event innovation, attendee engagement, AI-powered event workflows, and onsite event technology solutions.
As one of the leading events for exhibitions and event industry professionals, IAEE Expo! Expo! created an opportunity for InEvent to connect directly with organizations seeking more efficient ways to manage registration, attendee engagement, and event operations, while improving overall event experiences.
At the booth, attendees explored InEvent’s event management platform, including AI-powered matchmaking capabilities, event registration solutions, attendee engagement features, and onsite event technologies designed to simplify event execution and improve operational visibility. The company also shared how integrated event platforms are helping organizations reduce dependence on disconnected tools and manual processes.
One of the standout experiences at the booth was InEvent’s complimentary massage activation, available on December 17 and 18. Designed to offer attendees a moment to relax and recharge during the busy exhibition schedule, the activation created a more welcoming and memorable experience while encouraging deeper conversations between event professionals and the InEvent team. Refreshments and water were also provided throughout the event.
“We wanted our first IAEE Expo! Expo! experience to feel different from the typical tradeshow interaction,” said the InEvent team. “Beyond showcasing technology, the goal was to create an environment where event professionals could slow down, recharge, and have more meaningful conversations about the operational challenges they’re navigating.”
Many discussions during the event focused on attendee expectations, event ROI, operational efficiency, and the increasing influence of AI on event planning and personalization strategies. Attendees also showed strong interest in technologies that reduce onsite friction while improving engagement and data visibility across the attendee journey.
