Frankfurt, Germany, May 2024. InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences, participated in IMEX Frankfurt 2024 with an interactive booth experience centered around professional networking, attendee engagement, and AI-powered event technology. Throughout the event, attendees visiting Booth G435 at Messe Frankfurt explored InEvent’s event management solutions while participating in complimentary professional headshot sessions powered by the company’s Photo Match AI technology.
Held May 14–16 in Frankfurt am Main, IMEX Frankfurt brought together thousands of event professionals, marketers, suppliers, and hospitality leaders from across the global events industry. During the exhibition, InEvent used its booth experience to demonstrate how event technology can improve attendee engagement while creating more personalized and memorable event interactions.
One of the most popular activations at the booth was the professional headshot experience, where attendees were invited to take complimentary headshots with an onsite photographer. After their sessions, attendees could access their photos through InEvent’s Photo Match AI technology, which automatically identified and organized photos within the event gallery using attendee profile photos for faster retrieval and download.
The activation highlighted how AI-powered attendee experiences can simplify event interactions while increasing engagement before, during, and after live events.
“IMEX Frankfurt is one of the most important global gatherings for event professionals, so we wanted to create an experience that felt both valuable and memorable,” said the InEvent team. “The professional headshot activation allowed attendees to walk away with something genuinely useful while also experiencing how AI can improve event engagement in a practical and accessible way.”
In addition to the headshot experience, attendees visiting Booth G435 explored InEvent’s end-to-end event management platform, including registration workflows, attendee engagement solutions, event apps, analytics, and onsite event technology designed to support large-scale event programs worldwide.
Attendees who signed up early for headshot sessions were also automatically entered into a giveaway for a new Apple Watch, helping drive additional booth engagement and appointment scheduling throughout the event.
Throughout IMEX Frankfurt 2024, the InEvent team met with event organizers, agencies, marketers, and enterprise event leaders to discuss the growing role of AI within event operations, attendee personalization, and live event experiences.
