3. How do I cancel my registration? 
Cancellation requests must be made through your My Tickets on the InEvent registration system. The link can be found in your confirmation email. Cancellation request must be received no later than August 21, 2026, to receive a full refund. No exceptions will be made. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.

4. When does registration close? 
In-person registration will close on August 27, 2026. Virtual registration will close on September 6, 2026.

5. Where can I find an agenda for the event?

6. Is there a hotel room block?
A room block has been secured at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, on a first come first serve basis, where the event will be held. You will be directed to reserve your room upon completing the registration form to attend the event. Room reservation deadline: August 17, 2026. Room cancellation deadline: 48 hours prior to check-in.

7. What is the cost for the event? 
In person registration is $328.00. This fee includes a light continental breakfast, lunch and hot/cold beverages. Note there is no lunch on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

Virtual registration is $28.00. Virtual registrants will have access to all general sessions, luncheon keynotes, and select breakout sessions.

Approved Federal government employees, speakers, and media will be complimentary.

8. Can I have a list of the attendees? 
The attendees list is not available.

9. If I plan to attend only one or two of the three days, can my fee be reduced? 
Unfortunately, we do not prorate registration fees.

CBP Registration Privacy Act Statement

Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552a(e)(3), this Privacy Act Statement serves to inform you of why DHS is requesting the information on this form.

AUTHORITY:

CBP is authorized to collect the information requested on this form pursuant to:

·         5 U.S.C. 301, Government Organization and Employees, Chapter 301: Departmental Regulations; and

·         44 U.S.C. 3101, Public Printing Documents, Chapter 3101: Records Management by Federal Agencies


PURPOSE:

CBP is requesting this information for the purpose of maintaining lists of individuals who attend CBP events and for which email distribution contact lists may be created. CBP will use this information to notify individuals of CBP Trade events and Trade Outreach programs. The registration tool collects registrant contact information including name, email address, and company/organization for each individual attendee.


ROUTINE USES:
The information requested on this form may be shared externally as a "routine use" with contractors and their agents, grantees, experts, consultants, and others performing or working on a contract, service, grant, cooperative agreement, or other assignment for DHS, when necessary to accomplish agency functions related to this collection. A complete list of the routine uses can be found in the system fo records notice associated with this form, "Department of Homeland Security/ALL-002 - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Mailing and Other Lists System." Providing this information to CBP is voluntary. However, failure to provide some or all of the information requested may result in CBP’s inability to register you for an event, or to contact you for purposes related to the event.
