U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will host the 2026 Trade and Cargo Security Summit (TCSS) on September 8-10 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and virtually via webcast. Session information and agenda are forthcoming.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All Title 5 Executive Agency employees must follow travel and relocation policies, including those on temporary duty travel allowances. Employees eligible to receive per diem expenses must adjust their Meals & Incidental Expenses (M&IE) allowance to account for meals furnished by CBP.

GLOBAL ENTRY
Interviews hosted by CBP for Global Entry enrollment will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis by appointment only for applicants already in conditional status. To notify the Trusted Traveler Program office of your interest in an appointment, select the appropriate response during registration, at which point instructions for scheduling your appointment will be provided. Appointments are available for in-person registrants only.
AUTOMATED COMMERCIAL ENVIRONMENT (ACE) HELPDESK
45-minute one-on-one discussion appointments with the ACE Helpdesk will be available during registration. Walk-ins are also welcome. Appointments are available for in-person registrants only.

3. How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellation requests must be made through your My Tickets on the InEvent registration system. The link can be found in your confirmation email. Cancellation request must be received no later than August 21, 2026, to receive a full refund. No exceptions will be made. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.
4. When does registration close?
In-person registration will close on August 27, 2026. Virtual registration will close on September 6, 2026.

6. Is there a hotel room block?
A room block has been secured at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, on a first come first serve basis, where the event will be held. You will be directed to reserve your room upon completing the registration form to attend the event. Room reservation deadline: August 17, 2026. Room cancellation deadline: 48 hours prior to check-in.
7. What is the cost for the event?
In person registration is $328.00. This fee includes a light continental breakfast, lunch and hot/cold beverages. Note there is no lunch on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Virtual registration is $28.00. Virtual registrants will have access to all general sessions, luncheon keynotes, and select breakout sessions.
Approved Federal government employees, speakers, and media will be complimentary.
8. Can I have a list of the attendees?
The attendees list is not available.
9. If I plan to attend only one or two of the three days, can my fee be reduced?
Unfortunately, we do not prorate registration fees.

CBP is requesting this information for the purpose of maintaining lists of individuals who attend CBP events and for which email distribution contact lists may be created.
