But even companies built on concrete need flexibility.

When CEMEX set out to host its first-ever virtual internal annual meeting, it aimed for something far beyond a simple livestream. They wanted something that felt intentional, well-paced, and worthy of their scale, without the overhead of a whole IT production crew.

  • Limited tech support bandwidth: There were no dedicated engineers on staff for the event. Whatever we launched had to be frictionless, set up once, and run itself.

  • Post-event reporting requirements → granular metrics needed: They needed breakdowns of peak engagement, active participation, drop-off points, and feedback, across every session.

  • No room for “good enough”: This wasn’t just a departmental webinar. It was a company-wide moment, and everyone would be watching.

They sought premium results from a brand-new platform, with limited preparation time, no dedicated technical staff, and zero tolerance for glitches.
