What is the SLA?

InEvent has a 99.9% guaranteed uptime SLA.

Where are the servers located?

InEvent is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We offer locations in the United States and in Ireland. At the beginning of the contract, customers can opt-in for the Ireland located server, which stores all its data in Ireland according to EU privacy regulations.

What is the standard for data unavailability?

InEvent initiates a failover mechanism when the main server is not responding to requests in the minute, enabling the copy of backups in the different existing instances.

How frequently do you update / upgrade your system?

InEvent runs daily updates on the platform. Our updates are non-invasive improvements where the platform is online throughout the whole deployment, and the system does not go offline. Upgrades instead may take the system offline for a given amount of time. Most of our deployments are updates, not upgrades.

When do you run upgrades?

Upgrades are run 11pm Eastern timezone on Saturdays. Critical upgrades may be performed outside of these hours, but they occur less than once a year.

When do I get notified about upgrades?

Any upgrades which may carry more than 30 seconds offline are notified through our trust page at least 2 weeks prior. Please subscribe to the 'Subscribe to Updates' button page here to get email notifications.

What are your RTO and RPO timelines?

Our Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is 4 hours and our Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) is 24 hours, as detailed on our Business Continuity Plan.

What is the standalone page for your status page?

InEvent status page can be accessed as a standalone service at trust.inevent.com available 24/7.
