InEvent has announced its new integration with viral generative AI chatbot, ChatGPT. This integration is the first of its kind in the events industry and will enable InEvent customers to save time by using artificial intelligence to automate time-consuming tasks when managing their events.
ChatGPT, first unveiled by OpenAI in November, is a chatbot that has garnered global attention and usage – touted as the next great internet revolution with the potential to transform several industries.
Speaking on the new integration, InEvent CEO, Pedro Góes remarked, “We are pleased to announce that we are the first events company that will integrate natively with ChatGPT. Integrating with ChatGPT was a no-brainer for us as it aligns with InEvent’s ethos and goals to satisfy our customers by providing them with a number of distinct features to better optimize their events.”
The ChatGPT integration will also provide a number of practical applications for event management including:
Users will be able to draft captivating and effective copy for social media and landing pages, as well as other written documents including abstracts, emails to attendees and more for their events.
Users will be able to create compelling landing pages for their events within seconds, taking the hassle out of the research, back-and-forth and tinkering required to create those pages from scratch.
The ChatGPT integration will enable users to create detailed plans in advance of their events with capabilities to make recommendations for budgeting, scheduling, lodging and other logistics.
Users will be able to draft feedback forms and other mechanisms to collect data from their attendees. They will also be able to use ChatGPT to analyse the data collected from their attendees in record time.
ChatGPT is capable of generating human-like text perfect for Interactive Q & A sessions, polls, quizzes, & much more to keep attendees engaged.
“For years, it has been our continued goal to innovate and fine-tune the event management process to be as easy as clicking a button, and we believe that ChatGPT moves us closer in that direction,” Góes added.
