Activation

How many certifications sessions can I book?

You can book up to 25 certification sessions with our team. Please note that you can only book up to 5 certification sessions in a row. Once a certification call is complete, you can book the next one.

Can certified partners have more than one subscription?

Yes, certified partners can have two separate subscriptions with different plans if they meet the following criteria:

  • Only Full and Advanced plans are eligible.
  • All subscriptions must have Credit Transfer enabled.
  • The maximum amount of subscriptions per certified partner is 2 (two).
  • All subscriptions must be Enterprise, meaning it must be meeting the minimums of registrations.

What is exclusivity on single event contracts?

InEvent only sells annual subscriptions for multiple events. All sales requests we receive to host just a single event are automatically forwarded to our partners on EventMarket, based on their tier priority. Exclusivity means that all one event contracts are exclusive to our partners, as InEvent will not be able to fullfil them.
