InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, participated in AIME 2025, the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event, held February 11–12 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center (MCEC). Throughout the event, the company connected with event professionals, marketers, venues, and planners looking for more efficient ways to manage modern event experiences.

As one of the largest and longest-running business events exhibitions in the Asia Pacific region, AIME brought together professionals focused on the future of event operations, attendee engagement, and event technology innovation. InEvent’s participation focused on demonstrating how event teams can streamline operations and enhance attendee experiences through integrated event solutions.

At Stand A9, attendees explored InEvent’s all-in-one platform, including onsite registration technology, AI-powered event workflows, attendee engagement capabilities, badge printing integrations, and NFC-powered event tracking solutions. The demonstrations focused on helping organizations reduce operational friction, improve lead capture, and gain better visibility into attendee behavior and event performance.

The event also created an opportunity for InEvent to showcase how unified event platforms are helping organizations move away from disconnected systems and manual processes. Many conversations during the show focused on the growing demand for faster check-ins, more accurate attendee tracking, and measurable ROI across conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and hybrid experiences.

“AIME created space for practical conversations around what event teams are actually struggling with operationally,” said the InEvent team. “Many professionals are still dealing with fragmented systems, slow onsite processes, and pressure to prove event impact. The response at the event showed how much the industry is looking for more connected, efficient ways to manage events.”

CEO Pedro Góes and CTO Mauricio showcased upcoming event technology innovations and shared insights into trends shaping event management in 2025, including AI-powered event experiences, smarter registration workflows, and integrated onsite technology.

In addition to product demonstrations and meetings, InEvent offered exclusive branded giveaways at the booth, creating a more engaging and memorable experience for attendees visiting Stand A9 throughout the exhibition.

AIME 2025 reinforced InEvent’s continued investment in supporting the Asia Pacific event industry with scalable event technology solutions designed to improve attendee engagement, simplify operations, and help organizations deliver more impactful event experiences.
