Washington, D.C., April 2024. InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences, participated in the BEIW Showcase 2024 as part of PCMA’s Business Events Industry Week (BEIW), where the company showcased AI-powered event technology and connected with event professionals exploring the future of event experiences.

Held April 8–11 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., BEIW brought together event organizers, marketers, suppliers, and industry leaders for several days of networking, education, and conversations around innovation across the events industry. Throughout the showcase, InEvent welcomed attendees to its booth to explore event technology designed to simplify operations, improve attendee engagement, and create more connected event experiences.

At the event, attendees explored InEvent’s all-in-one event management platform, including registration and ticketing workflows, attendee engagement solutions, mobile event applications, analytics, and AI-powered event experiences designed to help organizations manage increasingly complex event programs more efficiently.

A major focus throughout the event centered around how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of event management. Attendees discussed growing interest in AI-driven attendee experiences, operational automation, personalization, and smarter event planning workflows as organizations continue searching for ways to improve both efficiency and engagement.
