Atlanta, Georgia, June 2026. As event teams face growing pressure to demonstrate event performance while delivering seamless attendee experiences, access to accurate reporting and reliable communications has become increasingly important.

To help organizations strengthen both operational visibility and attendee engagement, InEvent has introduced a series of platform updates focused on event reporting, email oversight, and communication flexibility.

The latest enhancements provide event teams with expanded access to financial reporting insights, greater control over event communications, and improved visibility into potential email delivery issues before messages are sent.

"Enterprise event teams are managing increasingly complex programs that require clear visibility into performance and confidence that critical attendee communications will reach their intended audiences," said the InEvent team. "These updates are designed to give organizers more control over the information they rely on every day to make decisions and deliver successful events."

Among the updates is the addition of net payment volume reporting at the company level, allowing organizations that manage multiple events to view revenue performance more efficiently across their event portfolios. The enhancement helps event leaders, finance teams, and stakeholders gain faster access to financial insights without having to navigate individual events.

InEvent has also introduced the ability to preview emails identified as potentially risky before distribution. The feature provides event teams with an additional layer of visibility into communications that may encounter delivery challenges, helping organizers identify issues and make adjustments before important attendee messages are sent.

In addition, organizations can now customize the automatic email attendees receive when requesting a new magic link. The enhancement allows teams to align these communications with their event branding, messaging, and attendee experience strategies while maintaining a seamless login process.

Together, the updates reflect a broader industry shift toward greater operational control, stronger reporting capabilities, and more personalized attendee communications.

As organizations continue to scale event programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, the ability to monitor financial performance and deliver timely communications remains critical to event success.

The new capabilities are now available within the InEvent platform.
