LAS VEGAS, Nevada, October 2026, InEvent, an enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, is bringing an on-site tattoo artist and a chance to win one of two Coach bags to Booth B4595 at IMEX America 2026, taking place October 13–15 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
The booth is built around a simple idea: most of what happens at a trade show is forgotten by the time the flight home lands. InEvent wanted this one to stick.
Attendees who stop by Booth B4595 can walk away with a custom temporary tattoo, done live by an on-site artist. The activation is a deliberate nod to the kind of experience InEvent's technology is built to help other brands create something people actually remember, rather than another badge scan and a tote bag.
Visitors are encouraged to share their ink using the event hashtag #IMEXAmerica, turning the booth into a small, visible thread running through the show floor all three days.
Alongside the tattoo activation, InEvent has two Coach bags up for grabs. The mechanic is straightforward. Event professionals who book a briefing with an InEvent expert and attend that session between October 1 and October 12 qualify for entry. Winners are selected from that qualified pool and announced live at Booth B4595 during the show.
The goal is to spark real conversations before the floor even opens, so by the time IMEX America starts, teams stopping by the booth already know what they're looking for.
Beyond the activation, the booth gives event professionals a hands-on look at InEvent's unified platform, which brings registration, attendee management, on-site operations, engagement, and analytics into a single environment. The pitch isn't a longer feature list than the next platform's. It's fewer systems for a team to stitch together on event day.
This year's demos focus on two areas in particular: AI-powered check-in and registration, built to cut down the line at the door, and budgeting tools designed for teams running several events at once and needing one place to see where the money is actually going.
“We wanted the booth to be something people actually remember, not just another demo station,” said the InEvent team. “The tattoo is a small thing, but it says something about how we think about events: the goal isn't just logistics; it's a moment people carry with them.”
Members of the InEvent team, including Pedro Góes and Alexandria Caesar, will be at the booth throughout the show. Conversations there will center on the operational problems event teams are facing heading into 2027: too many disconnected tools, not enough time to reconcile data across them, and growing pressure to show that an event investment paid off rather than just filled a room.
IMEX America is one of the leading global gatherings for the meetings and events industry, bringing together event planners, marketers, suppliers, and technology providers worldwide. Attendees interested in InEvent's platform can schedule a meeting with the team in advance or visit Booth B4595 during exhibition hours.
