From February 2 to March 20, 2026, professionals who book and attend a strategy session with InEvent will be automatically entered to win a YETI Camino™ 35 Carryall Tote, a premium, durable bag built for busy event days and travel-heavy schedules.

The campaign is designed to give event professionals a simple reason to start meaningful conversations about their 2026 event plans while also offering a practical reward for their time. With trade show calendars filling quickly and teams planning multiple programs throughout the year, InEvent is inviting organizers, marketers, and event strategists to take a short pause to review their current event workflows and explore ways to simplify and improve them.

During the strategy session, participants will have the opportunity to speak directly with members of the InEvent team about their event goals, operational challenges, and technology needs. These short conversations are designed to provide practical insight and allow professionals to ask questions about improving event ROI, simplifying event operations, managing registrations more efficiently, and creating stronger attendee engagement across in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences.

How the Giveaway Works

To enter, participants simply need to: 

  • Book and attend a 15–30 minute strategy session with the InEvent team.
  • Every completed meeting counts as one entry into the draw.
  • No additional steps are required beyond showing up and having the conversation.
  • One winner will be selected at random after the campaign closes and will be notified by email on March 20, 2026. The prize will be shipped directly to the winner.
