InEvent, the enterprise event management platform for in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences, participated in the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition 2024, held August 10–13 at the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. Throughout the event, InEvent met with association leaders, event organizers, and membership professionals looking for more connected and scalable approaches to modern event management.
As one of the leading gatherings for association professionals in North America, ASAE 2024 brought together thousands of attendees focused on membership engagement, event strategy, community building, and organizational growth. InEvent welcomed attendees to Booth 132, where the company showcased event technology solutions designed to simplify registration, improve onsite operations, and create stronger attendee experiences.
Conversations throughout the event focused heavily on the operational challenges that associations continue to face as attendee expectations evolve across conferences, annual meetings, and member events. Topics discussed at the booth included event registration workflows, onsite badge printing, lead retrieval, attendee engagement, mobile event experiences, and ways organizations can improve event visibility through integrated analytics and event technology.
Attendees also explored how unified event platforms are helping associations reduce reliance on disconnected systems by centralizing registration, engagement, attendee management, and reporting in a single, connected environment.
